A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been successfully received by GeePee Travels. The company reserves the complete right to reject, cancel, or hold any booking request without prior explanation in situations involving incomplete payment, incorrect customer details, lack of availability, pricing errors, technical issues, operational limitations, or policy violations. Customers are fully responsible for verifying all travel details including names, dates, destinations, pickup points, hotel selections, vehicle preferences, and passenger information before making payment. Once the booking is confirmed, corrections may not be possible and additional charges may apply for any requested modifications. GeePee Travels shall not be responsible for any losses caused due to incorrect information submitted by the customer. All prices displayed, quoted, or discussed are subject to change depending on season, demand, fuel costs, government taxes, availability, provider updates, or operational expenses. Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is fully confirmed. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may lead to automatic cancellation without prior notice. The customer agrees that all payments made towards bookings are governed strictly by the policies of GeePee Travels and its service providers. Any chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals initiated by the customer shall be treated as a violation of these terms and may lead to legal recovery actions, cancellation of all services, blacklisting from future bookings, and recovery of additional administrative costs.
All cancellations requested by customers are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of GeePee Travels and the respective hotels, transport providers, airlines, sightseeing operators, and ticketing authorities associated with the booking. By proceeding with any booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts that cancellation charges may apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal issues, health conditions, weather concerns, changes in plans, delays, emergencies, government restrictions, or failure to obtain travel documents. Refund eligibility depends entirely on the type of service booked and the policies applicable at the time of cancellation. Certain services, advance reservations, special offers, festival bookings, peak season packages, promotional fares, entry tickets, hotel reservations, transport services, and custom tour packages may be fully non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellation requests shall be considered valid only if submitted through officially recognized communication methods approved by GeePee Travels. Verbal communication, assumptions, informal requests, or delayed notifications may not be accepted as valid cancellation requests. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment gateways, transport operators, airlines, hotels, or third-party providers. GeePee Travels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external institutions during the refund process. Service charges, taxes, convenience fees, booking charges, processing fees, and administrative charges may be deducted from refundable amounts wherever applicable. No refunds shall be provided for unused services, missed departures, late arrivals, early check-outs, denied boarding, failure to appear at pickup locations, or customer decisions to discontinue the trip midway. The company reserves the absolute right to determine final refund eligibility based on operational, contractual, and financial conditions.
GeePee Travels operates based on advance reservations, operational scheduling, supplier coordination, and confirmed travel arrangements. Therefore, customers are strongly advised to verify all details carefully before final confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, any requests for modifications including but not limited to date changes, passenger name changes, destination changes, hotel upgrades, room modifications, vehicle replacements, route changes, pickup timing adjustments, or package alterations may either be denied or accepted only with additional charges and subject to availability. The company is under no obligation to accommodate last-minute changes requested by customers. Any modifications requested after confirmation are dependent entirely on operational feasibility and the approval of hotels, transport operators, airlines, and third-party service providers. Additional costs arising from such modifications shall be borne fully by the customer. Customers acknowledge that travel schedules, sightseeing plans, hotel allocations, and transport arrangements are prepared in advance and coordinated according to operational requirements. Therefore, failure by the customer to communicate accurate information in advance shall not create any liability on GeePee Travels. The company reserves the complete right to refuse modifications that may negatively affect operations, scheduling, safety, provider agreements, or overall service quality. In certain cases, modifications may require cancellation and rebooking, which may attract fresh charges, cancellation penalties, or revised pricing. No compensation, refund, adjustment, discount, or legal claim shall arise against GeePee Travels for any inconvenience resulting from rejected modifications, unavailable alternatives, supplier restrictions, or operational limitations. Customers agree to cooperate fully with the travel schedule and arrangements confirmed at the time of booking.
GeePee Travels acts primarily as a travel organizer and service facilitator coordinating with hotels, transport providers, airlines, ticketing agencies, sightseeing operators, and other third-party vendors. While the company makes reasonable efforts to ensure smooth travel arrangements, it shall not be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, cancellations, losses, damages, accidents, injuries, inconveniences, or failures caused directly or indirectly by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to traffic delays, roadblocks, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, riots, political disturbances, vehicle breakdowns, technical failures, flight cancellations, train delays, hotel overbooking, governmental restrictions, pandemics, law enforcement actions, permit issues, or unforeseen operational interruptions. Customers acknowledge that travel inherently involves risks and uncertainties. By proceeding with any booking, the customer voluntarily accepts all travel-related risks and agrees that GeePee Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, emotional, physical, or personal losses suffered during or after the journey. The company shall also not be responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from differences in customer expectations, hotel preferences, traffic situations, weather conditions, sightseeing limitations, local regulations, temporary closures, or service provider decisions. Under no circumstances shall the liability of GeePee Travels exceed the total booking amount paid by the customer directly to the company for the specific service in question. Customers further agree not to initiate defamatory statements, public allegations, false reviews, social media attacks, or legal claims based on circumstances clearly covered under these terms.
All customers traveling through GeePee Travels are expected to maintain respectful, lawful, disciplined, and cooperative behavior throughout the duration of the trip. Customers shall not engage in activities that may create inconvenience, discomfort, damage, danger, disruption, harassment, or risk to fellow travelers, drivers, hotel staff, guides, company representatives, or service providers. Any form of abusive language, threatening behavior, intoxication-related misconduct, illegal activity, public nuisance, harassment, violence, vandalism, smoking in restricted areas, possession of prohibited items, damage to vehicles or hotel property, non-cooperation with staff instructions, or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of services without any refund or compensation. Customers are solely responsible for their personal behavior and for complying with all local laws, travel rules, hotel regulations, vehicle safety instructions, and destination-specific restrictions. GeePee Travels reserves the full right to deny boarding, remove customers from the trip, cancel bookings, refuse accommodation, or terminate services if customer behavior is found to be unsafe, disruptive, offensive, unlawful, or damaging to company reputation and operations. Any financial losses, penalties, legal consequences, repair costs, cleaning charges, or damages caused due to customer misconduct shall be recovered directly from the responsible customer. The company also reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities wherever necessary. No refunds, compensation, alternative arrangements, or legal claims shall be entertained in situations where services are terminated due to violation of behavioral policies by the customer or accompanying persons. Customers agree that maintaining discipline and cooperation is mandatory for smooth travel operations.
All hotel accommodations, vehicles, transport services, sightseeing arrangements, and travel-related facilities provided through GeePee Travels are subject to the rules, policies, operational standards, and limitations imposed by the respective service providers. Customers are required to follow all hotel check-in and check-out timings, vehicle reporting schedules, luggage limitations, room occupancy restrictions, sightseeing timings, and safety guidelines strictly.
GeePee Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information during booking. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation without responsibility from our side.
